If you are our customer, newsletter subscriber, or website visitor, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please familiarize yourself with the protection of personal data, principles, and rights you have in connection with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

We are 48Labs s.r.o., with registered office at Varšavská 715/36, 120 00 Praha 2 - Vinohrady, Czech Republic, Company ID: 22562290, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 418469, which operates the website www.FacelessReels.com. We process your personal data as a controller, i.e., we determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long, and we select potential processors who will help us with the processing.

Our Declaration

We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, especially the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR, and therefore:

  • We will process your personal data only on a valid legal basis, particularly legitimate interest, contract performance, legal obligation, or given consent.
  • We fulfill the information obligation under Article 13 of GDPR even before the commencement of personal data processing.
  • We will enable and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Scope of Personal Data and Processing Purposes

We process personal data that you entrust to us for the following reasons:

Provision of Services, Contract Performance

Your personal data, including email, are necessary for us to fulfill the contract (e.g., sending access to the application, providing AI video generation services, publishing to social media platforms, etc.).

Accounting

If you are a customer, we need your personal data (billing information) to comply with the legal obligation for issuing and keeping tax documents.

Marketing - Newsletter Sending

We use your personal data (email and name), gender, what you click on in emails, and when you most often open them for direct marketing - sending commercial communications. If you are our customer, we do so based on legitimate interest, as we reasonably presume that you are interested in our news, for a period of 5 years.

If you are not our customer, we send you newsletters only based on your consent, for a period of 5 years. In both cases, you can withdraw this consent using the unsubscribe link in each email sent.

Advanced Marketing Based on Consent

Only with your consent can we send you inspiring offers from our own services or send you our newsletter to your email address, for a period of 5 years. This consent can be withdrawn at any time through our contact information.

Important Note: We strictly prohibit the use of any data collected through Google Workspace APIs for targeted advertising, sale to data brokers, distribution to information resellers, credit-worthiness assessment, lending decisions, user or personalized advertisements, retargeting campaigns, interest-based marketing, or any other third-party advertising purposes.

Photographic Documentation, References, Live Events, Workshops

Only with your consent can we use your photographs, references, feedback, etc., until you withdraw your consent.

We retain your personal data for the duration of limitation periods unless the law stipulates a longer retention period or we have indicated otherwise in specific cases.

This website uses and stores cookies. These are small files stored in your browser that collect information about your visit to our website.

When browsing our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site, and which site you came from. Using cookies for measuring website traffic and customizing web page display is considered our legitimate interest as an administrator, as we believe this allows us to offer you better services.

Security and Protection of Personal Data

We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the degree of technological development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent misuse, damage, or destruction of your personal data.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Our employees and collaborators have access to your personal data. For specific processing operations that we cannot handle on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect data even better than we can and specialize in the given processing. These include the following providers:

  • Stripe - payment processing
  • Loops.so - for e-mail communication
  • Facebook - Facebook Pixel

We promise that in the future, if we decide to use additional applications or processors, we will place at least the same requirements on the processor for security and quality of processing as we do on ourselves.

Google User Data

If you use our application with Google Workspace APIs, we want to clarify that:

  1. Google User Data Accessed: We access and use your email address, profile avatar, name, and YouTube channel name (if connected) to provide our services.

  2. No AI/ML Training: We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or similar models.

  3. Limited Data Transfer: Any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is only used for the specific purpose of providing our application's core functionality to you. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving our application's functionality.

  4. Data Protection: All Google user data is handled with the highest level of security and in compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy.

Data Transfer Outside the European Union

We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on the European Commission's decision.

Your Rights in Connection with Personal Data Protection

In connection with personal data protection, you have a number of rights. If you want to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via our Contact Page.

  • Right to Information - fulfilled by this information page with personal data processing principles.
  • Right of Access - you can ask us at any time, and we will document within 14 days what personal data we process about you and why.
  • Right to Rectification - if something changes or you find your personal data outdated or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change personal data.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing - you can use this if you believe we are processing inaccurate data, that we are processing unlawfully but you do not want to delete all data, or if you have raised an objection to processing.
  • Right to Data Portability - if you want to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed the same way as when exercising the right of access - with the difference that we will provide you with the information in machine-readable form. We need at least 30 days for this.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) - your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to it. In such a case, we will erase all your personal data from our system and from the systems of all partial processors and backups. We need 30 days to ensure the right to erasure. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, e.g., we must keep issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law. We will inform you about the completion of the erasure by email.

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection

If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. We would be very grateful if you would first inform us about this suspicion so that we can do something about it and remedy any shortcomings.

Unsubscribing from Newsletters and Commercial Communications

We send you emails with inspiration, articles, or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest.

If you are not yet a customer, we send them to you only based on your consent. In both cases, you can stop receiving our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email sent.

Confidentiality

We would like to assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures whose disclosure would endanger the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the termination of contractual relationships with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any other third party.
